Do I need a fishing license?

Yes, we can help you buy a one day license.

What else do I need to bring?

Some good things to bring include:

lunch and snacks for the day.
warm clothes (see what to wear for more on this)
a comfortable hat to block the sun, sunglasses and sunscreen
seasick medication if needed (check with your doctor or local pharmacy for advice.
camera and film
if you have fishing equipment you like, bring it, or you can rent it from us too. (see next question below.)

Do I need to buy my own fishing rod and bait?

No, you can rent equipment prior to departure, but feel free to bring your own. We will provide bait.

What should I wear?

Weather can change quite a bit over the course of the day, please bring layers so that you can adjust your clothes to the changing contidions. Plan to put on layers when you are cold, and shed them when you are too warm.
Don't forget to also bring sunscreen and sunglasses!

Can I bring my son or daughter?

Please do! As long as your child is 12 years or older, they are more than welcome. For children under 12, please talk to the captain for approval. All children 12 and under are half price!

Can I take out a boat with just my own friends, family or co-workers?

Absolutely! If you have at least 12 people, you may want to charter a boat for your own private fishing exhibition. See the Chartering Info page for more details about this.

Can I buy my friend a gift certificate for a trip?
